9 months old!

I can hardly believe it! Only 3 more months till his 1st birthday! So it's been about a month and a half since I posted any pictures of Konrad and here's why: I haven't taken any in that whole time. A travesty, I know. But here's my excuse - Konrad is just so much fun to play with, I forgot to take pictures because we're having such a blast. So I'm going to try to balance it out... have fun and take pictures. I would hate to not have some of his most precious moments frozen in time for us all to enjoy. So here are pictures that we just took today, only 15 minutes ago. He is as cute as ever, if not cuter (Celene says he gets cuter every day, and I'm going to have to agree with her). Prepare to be enthralled!

Konrad loves his daddy!

Hair cut time! NOOOOO!
No worries . . . the distraction of the keys quickly fixed the problem.

Typical day at the Gunther house: Austin at computer, Konrad looking at me, and me not doing the dishes :)
He's chewing on his spoon - his top two teeth are about to pop through any day now, and he's definitely feeling it.
More food?

It's been a while . . .

Sorry there haven't been any recent pictures lately. We've just been having so much fun watching him that the camera's been forgotten. Well... at least the digital camera. The video camera has definitely been getting some use these past few weeks. Konrad is now crawling without any problems, and his new favorite thing to do is pull himself up and stand. This also means that my cute decorations on our living room tables (which are low enough for him to use as a stand-er) have to be move or pushed back out of his reach, meaning they no longer look like decoration, but rather look like useless clutter. I love it! I have no problem moving my things so that he can explore and be curious.

He's teething again. His top two teeth are visable through his gums so they should be coming through any day now. This time has been harder for him, that when his bottom teeth came in. He's got the runny nose ALL the time and we're using oragel to numb his gums for him so he's not constantly fussing. Poor little guy. Other than that, he's still the little bundle of joy we love to brag about.

I think my favorite thing he does is the way he'll crawl after me or Austin when he wants to play with us, or have us pick him up, or we've been gone and he's welcoming us back. So cute! It's amazing how cool he thinks we are.
